Over a career spanning three decades, he has deep experience in training and human resource development, marketing and sales, domestic and global operations, business planning, finance, and competitive market development in rapid growth industries.

Heavily recruited for CEO positions by Fortune 50 and premier Venture Capital Funds in the technology/learning space.

President/CEO of a Medical Education and Marketing Communications company in the healthcare vertical; led company through two rounds of VC funding and successful exit.

Successfully transformed the world’s largest information technology “brick and mortar” training organization (Oracle University) to the premier “clicks and brick” web-based, e-commerce learning organization.

Led merger/acquisition integration teams at GP and Oracle. Increased operating margins from 20% to 50% while at Oracle University. Established a Global Business Development Group for GP.

Created simplified product planning and approval processes that accelerated service/product development and introduction.
